Rick Moore
Rick Moore brings over 15 years of experience in sales and sales management to Talcott Group. In his role as an Independent Consultant, he works with Talcott Group clients to address challenges in CRM (customer relationship management) and SFA (sales force automation) development and delivery. |
Background
Rick Moore has extensive experience in sales and sales management in numerous industry settings. He has worked with organizations with sales forces of all sizes from five to well over 100 salespeople and customer service representatives.
Rick has lead initiatives involving global sales efforts to drive success through a keener understanding of the client’s overall market, deeper client relationships, and improving the sales focus on opportunities that maximize return on the sales investment.
Rick received his undergraduate degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Winthrop University, and completed his Masters in Business Administration at Winthrop on a part time basis while working in Sales Management.
Rick has obtained numerous certifications in Microsoft and other applications, as well as considerable experience with Microsoft CRM, Goldmine, ACT!, Siebel, and other CRM applications.
Rick also works with several Fortune 500 clients in the area of marketing campaign management and data collection/analysis of consumer information.
