Jay has extensive experience in the sales process and channel strategy arena and as a consultant to top tier clients selling and negotiating complex hardware and services solutions on a global basis. |
Background
Jay is a Sr. Partner for Strategic Account.com, a consulting firm focused on maximizing the productivity and profitability of a client’s sales and marketing investments. He also serves as an Advisor to THINK! Negotiation Solutions, a global organization specializing in helping sales teams negotiate and build closer relationships with their clients.
Prior to Strategic Account.com, Jay built successful sales and management careers with several organizations including Siebel Multi-Channel Services (formally On Target) and ENTEX Information Services. At Siebel, Jay contributed in several roles including: sales partner (focusing on selling and implementing opportunity and account management, channels and executive selling processes); Sr. Manager of Sales Operations; and as an Independent Consultant. While at ENTEX, he served as Manager of Sales Training and later in a Sales Consulting capacity.
In 1991, Jay founded S.A.L.E. (Sales Achievers, Leaders & Entrepreneurs) a Business Association dedicated to the coaching and development of the sales professional. He has been featured in countless publications, TV and radio interviews and is still active as a keynote speaker at national sales meetings.
Jay, his wife and fourchildren live in Cincinnati, OH.
